With a diverse skill set that includes administrative expertise, client relationship management, and process optimization, she plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional client experience. Dedicated to building lasting relationships, Andrea takes a personalized approach to client care. Whether it’s ensuring timely communication, handling client requests with precision, or supporting the team with critical administrative tasks, she is a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.
Andrea leads a fulfilling personal life rooted in family, faith, and community involvement. She has been married to her husband, John, for over 30 years and is a proud mother to three—Alex, Jack, and Nikki—as well as a loving grandmother to Noah and Maddie. She also enjoys life as a devoted dog owner to her sweet Mabel.
An active member of Faith Church in Munster, IN, Andrea serves in Faith Kids and also as a greeter, and she is deeply involved in global outreach through World Vision. She completed the Chicago Marathon in 2021, raising funds for the Clean Water Initiative in Simbi, and has sponsored a child from Rwanda since 2021. She has also volunteered with Meals on Wheels of NWI for over a decade, delivering hot meals to those in need.
